In the first episode, the host engages in a poignant conversation with two Ukrainian refugees who have resettled in Ireland following the Russian invasion. The discussion focuses on personal journeys, how they heard about the invasion, their journey leacing, and how they adapted to Ireland. These are real stories shared in the hope of raising awareness of their plight and how they integrate into their new community with support from other people who find themselves in the same situation through no fault of their own.

It is hoped that people will be more accepting of helping and supporting them by hearing their stories. The second podcast follows the Irish Wheelchair Association, known as the IWA, which is one of Ireland’s leading representative organizations and service providers for people with physical disabilities. They were founded on the belief that everyone should be able to live a life of choice and equality. The podcast host engages in heartfelt conversations with three service users from the Irish Wheelchair Association in Athlone. They delve into the transformative influence the organization has had on their lives. Through their narratives, it becomes evident that the organization is far more than a service provider; it is a vital source of strength, community, and unwavering support.
