This podcast series focuses on examples of social innovation initiatives, and explores where these ideas come from and why are they important. Our partner Outside Media & Knowledge, based in Germany talked to Social Innovators who contribute to positive social change in Freiburg, also wider in the South Baden region of Baden Württemberg and beyond.

Our guests talk about their innovative approaches to social innovative approach to loneliness, community, family, integration, diversity and supporting raising children and giving them role models to look up to. We hear about the Adaora Community that helps young people and families of diverse backgrounds with emotional support and various activities, we hear about how one initiative is helping students cope with loneliness, how one idea helps girls see themselves as scientist, writers and more through a fashion approach and how social innovators in this region work together in the Social Innovation Lab.
